Job Responsibilities
* Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, rules and regulations. Answer guest questions and make recommendations as necessary
* Assist guests with questions regarding the purchase of, account summary or activity summary of their Fun Card
* Perform minor repairs on all games equipment as directed by management
* Stock cranes, tellers, photo equipment, token machines and Winner's Choice according to Company standards
* Fix Laser Tag vests as requested by management
* Monitor event activities ( Laser Tag, Gravity, Miniature Glow Golf and rock climbing) to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures
* Process payment transactions
* Perform all opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
* Report wear, damage or problems of games to management
* Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evactuation procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management
Minimum Job Requirements
* Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
* Possess and maintain a current knowledge of the Main Event facilities and activities; including the services and products for customer purchase
* Ability to operate computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment
* A minimum of 6 months prior job experience with cash handling and public interaction responsibilities is preferred
* Basic reading skills
* Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
* Possess good customer relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
* Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
* Well-groomed and neat appearance
