Our client in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Part Time Project Manager/Executive Admin to work in their small office.
Responsibilities Include:
Project Manager Functions:
- Complete furniture quotes
- Look up items in price book
- Create MS Excel spreadsheets
- Create customer quotes
- Manager flow of customer projects
- Markups and Markdowns
Executive Admin Functions:
- Attending customer meetings
- Good organizations
- Coordination of multiple projects
- Creating POs
- Speaking to vendors
- Scheduling deliveries
- Small business mindset
- Marketing
- Scheduling appointments
Job Requirements
Part Time Hours: 3-5 days per week; 20-25 hours per week
- At least 4-6 years of experience in Executive Admin roles
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management roles
- Background Check and Drug Test will be completed prior to starting position
- Position is temporary to hire
