Our client in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Part Time Project Manager/Executive Admin to work in their small office.

Responsibilities Include:

Project Manager Functions:
  • Complete furniture quotes
  • Look up items in price book
  • Create MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Create customer quotes
  • Manager flow of customer projects
  • Markups and Markdowns


Executive Admin Functions:
  • Attending customer meetings
  • Good organizations
  • Coordination of multiple projects
  • Creating POs
  • Speaking to vendors
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Small business mindset
  • Marketing
  • Scheduling appointments


Job Requirements

Part Time Hours: 3-5 days per week; 20-25 hours per week

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Executive Admin roles
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management roles
  • Background Check and Drug Test will be completed prior to starting position
  • Position is temporary to hire
