Manpower is currently hiring IT Technicians for one of our clients in New London, CT!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction
* Fix complex network issues
* Works across IT team to resolve issues
* Identifies and escalates issues from traffic and capacity reports
* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or GED
* At least 6 months industry experience or in a related field
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrates a basic understanding of products, related technologies and the implementation process
OTHER JOB DETAILS:
* Tuesday, 10/7/14 through Friday, 10/10/14 from 8am - 5pm each day
