Senior Human Resources Generalist

Manpower is currently seeking a fully bilingual (English/Spanish), Sr. HR Generalist for a permanent position in the South of Puerto Rico. The Sr. Human Resources Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, compensation, organizational development, employee recruitment and selection. Position requires a completed Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management and at least 10 years of experience in a HR Generalist role within the manufacturing industry. PHR certification is highly desirable.
