**THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE TIME WARNER CABLE MEDIA FOOTPRINT**Time Warner Cable Media currently seeks a National Digital Account Executive for our Sales Department to sell across the Time Warner Cable Media footprint. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.Time Warner Cable Media Sales (TWCMS) is the advertising sales division of Time Warner Cable providing marketers and agencies with innovative advertising solutions that are targeted and affordable.

Together we work with our partners to customize an advertising schedule that works for their unique business to help achieve their marketing goals. TWCMS provides innovative opportunities to showcase partner commercials on a variety of world-class cable brands and help them stand out in the crowded advertising space. Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain customer satisfaction and accountability through consultative selling
- Engage in all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to developing customer rapport, closing business and servicing accounts
- Develop and maintain a base of digital only advertisers/agencies
- Expand sales footprint with existing and new accounts by introducing new digital products and services
- Complete appropriate sales activity reports and forecasts as required
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly sales activity with focus on our digital products
- Maintains price and product integrity to ensure maximum company profitability
- Initiate and devise client solutions and proposal with realistic deliverables and profitability
- Meet with key decision makers and develop advertising programs that target client specific needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to drive new and/or increase existing advertising investments.

- Deep market knowledge of online and digital marketplace:

- Ability to explain complex digital media features in simple terms
- A self-starter with the ability to " make it happen "
- Willing to travel
- Must be able to develop strong relationships with buyers and advertisers
- Must be able to develop a strong knowledge base of products, features and services and understand how our customers use them
- Generally works in an indoor office environment; overtime may be required.

Digital Engagement
- Deep passion for emerging consumer media habits
- Thorough Understanding and knowledge of how businesses consume and use all forms of digital media
- Ability to sell innovative advanced advertising/digital advertising solutions
- Demonstrated comfort and success engaging with and selling first generation products
- Able to generate enthusiasm around TWCM digital solutions
- Stay current and expand market knowledge of advertising opportunities among digital platforms & emerging products
- Knowledge of and ability to apply online digital advertising to meet customer needs.
- Understands consumer research. Able to analyze, synthesize and communicate it to the client.

Technical Knowledge
- Understands and demonstrates subject expertise in these digital products and strategies:

o Mobile Marketing

o Emerging Digital Media

o Online Advertising: Display, Rich Media, and Video

o Location Based Technologies

o Interactive Television

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor ' s degree from a four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Must be a fast learner with knowledge of online and/or interactive technologies.
- Previous media sales experience.
