*Provides customers with prompt and friendly service
*Helps increase store sales by proper use of selling techniques
*Responsible for stocking of front end supplies, cleaning and maintenance of equipment and surfaces in the service area
*Maintains physical appearance of the overall facility (restrooms, customer sales area, outside areas) as assigned
*Takes and records necessary data in the Red Book as trained and assigned
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our goal is to make every customer receives fast, accurate and friendly service and product, every time they visit our stores. In order to meet this goal, we hire and train crew members to perform well and consistently in the following major areas of responsibility:
Guest Service
*Consistently delivers great customer service, with each interaction
*Provides pleasant and proper greetings to each customer
*Repeats the orders back to the customer to ensure accuracy, and provides clear and understandable totals to guests at the Drive Thru
*Handles payments accurately and honestly
*Sincerely thanks the customer for their business
*Properly merchandises all product throughout the day, demonstrating knowledge about current promotions or specials
*Practices Team Service to expedite the process of assembling customer orders
*Interacts with other crew members and guests using clear and understandable communication
*Displays a sense of urgency when dealing with customers
*Handles complaints quickly and effectively using the LAST process
