Customer Support Rep (Inbound) - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower is currently hiring a Customer Service Rep (Inbound) for one of our clients in Tulsa, OK! Job Responsibilities: *Take calls from Annuity and Life Customers. *Representative will assist callers with questions. *Need to work through various computer windows to get information. *Provide service to customers who possess a policy through the client by responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products. *Work at all times to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and client *Support special campaigns as needed, or if solicited by the customer *Workers are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and Quality Service Skills.
