Call Center Associates

Manpower has excellent Call Center opportunities at a top client in Chesapeake, VA. The schedule for these positions are evening/overnight positions with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour. Our client is looking for candidates that have solid communications and phone skills. The job responsibilities are: *Provides in-bound telephone customer support in a call center environment and determines the nature of the call or inquiry *Process complaints and fill supply requests for customers and centers Additional duties may include developing an action plan for customers, responding to and following up on customer requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking shipments and orders, and preparing reports. Excellent data entry skills are a must as well. Qualified candidates need to be hard working and be team players who are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Our client is also looking for candidates who have a solid work history working in call center environments. Must also have a clean drug and background.
