Key skills and attributes:

  • Previous phone sales experience is preferred even if not in this field.
  • Some technical knowledge with computers, laptops, mobile devices
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
  • Excellent Computer Skills - keyboarding/data input (typing) a must
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented.
  • Stays current on assigned product lines, proactively requesting training when necessary.
  • Ability to follow M&P's.
  • Good English language skills is required

Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate high sales and service skill levels to deliver on our customer's needs.
  • Utilize an assumptive sales methodology effectively to communicate benefits of multiple products, services, features, rate plans, and special offers to existing and new customers.
  • Maintain a high level of up to date product knowledge and market trends.
  • Reach monthly business targets and contribute as a team player to the inside sales team's success
  • Consistently meet sales and productivity goals
  • Flexibility to work different shifts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales team environment.
  • College diploma and/or equivalent work experience; preference given to candidates with experience in consumer and/or computer sales.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales experience with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Must have strong organizational abilities and good time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Call Center experience preferred.
