Shoe Sensation is searching for sales focused individuals to be a part of our Management Team.
The members of management report to the Store Manager and are responsible for meeting/exceeding sales plan, daily operations, insuring brand standards and managing inventory loss as well as training and coaching a sales team to exceed our customer's expectations.
Qualified candidate must have at least 1 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer service industry with a proven history of results in sales and leadership.
