Senior Associate, Business Analyst-Job ID 25845 - Full-time

Seeking business analyst/project manager with 3+ years of experience to manage and oversee Discover Personal Loan and Discover Home Equity Loan internet projects. Agile (Scrum) knowledge or experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Personal Loan and Home Equity Loan business partners, Business Technology (BT) teams and developers to successfully lead projects from initiation to implementation.
- Oversee projects, track and report progress, remove obstacles and impediments, keep projects on schedule, and provide viable ideas to bring projects on track, if needed.
- Act as a liaison between Personal Loan and Home Equity Loan business and BT teams to resolve project related issues, turn conflicts into win-win situations and negotiate requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements through interviews, discussions, meetings, system research, and business analysis. Author requirement documents.
- Perform in-depth analysis of customer needs and translate them into project requirements.
- Regularly communicate and update management, Personal Loan and Home Equity Loan business partners on project progress, changes, risks, issues.
- Manage project testing activities with developers, testers and Bank business partners; coordinate testing with Production Assurance; review testing plan and/or strategy; track and organize defects; and oversee testing checkpoints.
- Author and be responsible for project management documents and ensure that project is always 100% compliant with Discover Enterprise PMO guidelines.
- Provide implementation and post-implementation support as needed.

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
