Vertex is currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for our Center of Excellence in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
Duties:
* Enrolling new customers, offering new products and services to existing customers.
* Initiate service orders and provide service order status updates.
* Route escalated customer issues to higher level employees for resolution
* Processing correspondence and updates on customer accounts.
* Processing refunds, compensation requests & changes to accounts.
Skills/Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience preferred
* Must have HS Diploma/GED
* Must have proficient computer skills.
* Must have strong communication and problem solving skills
* Must have excellent call handling skill
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
