One of our fastest growing clients in the Neenah, WI area is looking to add several Customer Service and Retention Specialists to their team on a contract to hire basis. Candidates will be paid a competitive base salary plus commission/bonus' based on retention numbers. Potential for promotions and raises is also available to top performers.
In this role, candidates will be put through paid company training on their products in classroom style training with scripts available. After training is complete, candidates will be taking incoming calls from customers inquiring about their products or current customers looking to change or cancel their orders.
The goal for each call is to listen and provide customers with a solution while attempting to retain the customer and reduce cancelations. Candidates will also be involved with email chat with customers.
Candidates will be documenting calls in their computer databases as necessary.
This is a very casual working environment and they have openings on the following shifts:
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Candidates will be working Monday through Saturday with either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday off during the week.
To be considered, candidate must have 6+ months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Sales experience and have strong communication and conversational skills. Candidate must be willing to provide solutions to customers for potential up-selling of products and services. Candidate must have strong data entry skills and abilities working with computers.
