Pizza Studio is coming to Mission Viejo!

Pizza Studio seeks passionate and experienced QSR Restaurant Manager to run our brand new Mission Viejo location. Pizza Studio is a rapidly growing brand (www.pizzastudio.com) that now has over 10 stores in Southern California and 15 nationwide. There are over 200 stores in development across the country!

This General Manager provides leadership and operational direction for all employees. They are responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the store within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure a great guest experience, build a winning team, increase sales and maximize profit.

START DATE: October 2014

REQUIREMENTS:

• QSR or Fast-food experience mandatory
• Preferred 3+ years of management experience from top brand (Starbucks, The Habit, Chipotle, Panera, etc.)
• Execute systems well
• Have the ability to build great teams by hiring the right people, providing training and feedback.
• Conduct performance appraisals and able to take disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Deliver profit by following cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor costs.
• Ability to review financial data and take appropriate action
• P & L experience
• Must be able to work an average of 55 hours per week
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must live in LA or OC
• High School Education or GED required; BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
