Description: General Summary:Develop broad understanding and application of the automotive industry standards and continually strive for improvements and excellence in all facets of the businessESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to accountabilities below):Report the analysis of field claim data in various formats periodically Verify effectiveness of countermeasures for field quality issues by statistical claim analysis Monitor and report customers quality complaints using multiple methods and tools Create summary activities reports as necessary to monitor IQS (Initial Quality Survey), VDS (Vehicle Dependability Survey), CR (Consumer Report) process and progress Gather and analyze J.D.Power IQS, VDS, and CR data; develop strategic action plans Put together all field claim improvement activity and make a overall report for presentation Execute and implement quality activities in compliance with company goals Execute special projects for quality assurance activities Prepare active detailed job plans and make efforts to keep them on schedule Write and submit detailed reports on job related issues on demanded schedule Ensure compliance of policies, standards, and proceduresThe above typical duties are characteristic of this job and demonstrate a level of difficulty and are not intended to list or limit the duties that may be required or assigned to a team member in this classification.QUALIFICATIONS and JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Competencies):Bachelor s degree in Statistic or Industrial Engineering or related field along with two (2) to five (5) years of progressive experience in an automotive manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced degree in Business Management or related field preferred Ability to travel domestically and internationally Possess a strong self-responsibility Ability to perform multi-tasks with multiple priorities and time frames Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required Demonstrated analytical problem solving and effective decision-making Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in both exercising company decisions and carrying out essential job duties that affect efficient business operations and its objectives, policies, practices, and conditionsReasonable accommodations may be made to those who are able to perform
