Key responsibilities include:
* Performing preventative maintenance on all building equipment
* Directing and executing preventative maintenance programs, general repairs and unit-turns
* Assuring compliance with Brookdale standards and local/state/federal regulations, including fire and life safety
* Conducting regular inspections, identifying needs and executing correction and/or coordinating with the Regional Maintenance Director

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two years of relevant maintenance work experience, including supervisory experience
* Healthcare maintenance and regularity experience is a plus
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
* Must have a compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
* Must meet all health requirements including a TB test and pass background checks
* Flexible with schedule
