This position will sit in our Communications Solutions business unit. This business unit provides technologies that help businesses of all sizes better communicate. We offer a full range of meters, digital color printers, inserters and sorters that enable the creation of high-impact, color customer communications, including bills, statements, marketing offers and compliance documents. Our shipping solutions serve mail centers to production shipping. We provide digital solutions so organizations can create the right relations with the right customers.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate customer accounts
Correct billing errors
Collect on past due accounts
Maintain customer account information
Understand the value of our products and services
Qualification
Required Qualifications:
6 months Customer Service experience
Technical proficiency in MS Word. Excel, & email
Technical proficiency in e-mail and Internet
Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written
Must have a good credit history. Defined as; no more that 3 accounts currently in collections, no bankruptcies (other than medical), no unpaid judgments, tax liens and/or defaulted federal debt.
Must be available to attend3 weeks of full time training 8am-4:30 Monday-Friday
Must be available to work any shift between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
Call Center experience preferred, open to level
A/R experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
