Positions in this function are responsible for monitoring regulatory Claim Operations compliance with State and Federal laws, regulations and mandates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and monitor regulatory changes to identify compliance risks within Claim Operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop process improvement solutions.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures and processes to ensure adherence with State and Federal laws, regulations and mandates.
- Act as Lead for internal and external audits.
- Respond to identified compliance issues and develop/ facilitate corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive completion of required Claim Operations compliance training.
- Develop open lines of communication with all relevant stakeholders to confirm understanding of compliance and associated risk.

- High School Diploma/ GED is required
- 2+ years claims processing experience in healthcare industry
- 1+ years leadership experience in claims operations
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Assets:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
