You'll investigate non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned. Certification or in process of Certification for Project Management and previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) are a plus.

 

As a Senior Project Manager in the OSS Implementations area you will work on clinical performance and compliance projects surrounding the implementation and onboarding of new clients.


Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies, Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid healthplans is necessary for success.  As well, client engagement and interaction, as well as healthcare data and analytics will be part of the duties associated with this role.

The Senior Project Manager should have the ability to manage multi-faceted and multi-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of project management experience
4+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions.
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; Visio, MS Project and SharePoint highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
