Compiles data and operates computer in performance of routine clerical duties to maintain business records and reports. Collects test data and compiles/evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
  • Completes movements in SAP from entering ASNs, Good Receipts, Grading and Transfer postings.
  • Enters data into Track.net for updating calibration records, compiling certifications, etc.
  • Works closely with Quality Control to insure smooth operation
  • Files quality records and reports; posts information to record
  • Types reports and business correspondence.
  • Basic housekeeping in general work area.
  • Work with and perform all other duties assigned by Quality Assurance Manager and or Quality Control Foreman.
  • Comply and adhere to all applicable Safety guidelines and policies including PPE requirements..

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience working in office environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have skills in usage of Microsoft Office software ? Excel, Word, etc.
