About the Job National Pen is looking for Customer Image Specialists to join our growing team. These positions reinforce our company mission by providing the highest quality service in sales & support by phone to our customers in a unique call center environment. Job Duties: * You will contact existing customers & provide marketing solutions and services based on customer needs. No cold calling! * You will provide excellent customer experiences through various media forms; phone calls, emails, on line chats *You will be accountable for sales, call quality, and other key metrics that drive continued growth and improvement in the call center * You will maintain customer databases by entering and updating relevant information  * You enhance organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and by exploring opportunities to add value to the role Skills & Qualifications: * Ability to work accurately with numbers and data in a fast paced, productivity-oriented environment * Good interpersonal skills to understand customers' inquiries or complaints * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills * Must possess accurate data entry skills * Make independent decisions, demonstrate good judgment, and pay attention to details of the job requirements and guidelines * Knowledgeable of basic computer skills and commands * Ability to work in a very structured environment with a diverse workforce * Establish rapport easily and put people "at ease" in conversation
