KNOW HOW/REQUIREMENTS:
Accurate, timely, and efficient entry of employee new hire, termination, and information changes into Payroll & Time & Labor systems . Back up to Payroll Administrator as needed. Employment Verifications . Cover reception desk for lunch breaks, vacations, sick days, etc. Post open positions on Website and to Association staff. Ensure polices relating to records establishment and maintenance/confidentiality are adhered to. Ensure that all employee files are current and complete Contact branch administrative staff to obtain missing or inaccurate information and distribute employee-related documentation to other in-office users. Ensure all I-9's are correct and contact support staff at branches if additional information is needed , or if Phone support for staff and members. All o ther duties as needed to support branches. Promote the Company character values of honesty, respect, caring, and responsibility through your actions and conversation with members. Assist HR Assistant with additional tasks as needed. Make nametags for branches and distribute via Zip. Manage electronic personnel filing process (Kwiktag) . Assist in the New Hire Orientation Trainings as needed
