We are looking for a new Team Member with prior lead or supervisory experience, who has a passion for organization and processes, as well as team building. This person will be responsible for supervising the Company's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management functions.

Specific responsibilities include:

Leading a team of 5 and providing leadership, development and support to them.
Managing vendors, weekly AP check runs, daily cash and credit card postings, reconciliations, and AR collections and billing.
Reviewing and maintaining the AP and AR sub ledgers.
Managing the Company's purchasing card program.
Assisting in the period financial close process.
Assisting with budget-to-actual review and analysis of account balances on a period and annual basis.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business with multiple courses in accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting.
Prior supervisory or lead experience is strongly desired.
Experience in a retail or restaurant company is highly desired, but not required.
Prior experience working in Great Plains or a similar ERP system.
Very strong Excel skills are required.
Ability to work in a high paced, high volume environment.
