In this position, you will be overseeing 15 Van Drivers in the Miami-Dade County area. You will ensure that the Transportation requirements of Members are met in a professional and timely manner. You must be able to efficiently schedule the utilization of vehicles and Drivers. You will be required to build daily routes to meet customer demands. You will also assign and review the work of the Drivers on your team. You must have excellent oral and written Communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to work from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, with possible overtime.
- Computer skills, including the ability to navigate within a Windows environment, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (sort, filter, & plug in data), and Outlook).
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of streets and traffic laws & ordinances of Miami-Dade County.
- 3+ years of professional supervisor experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
