Duties Fellow’s Responsibilities including but not limited to: Research and synthesize statutes and relevant case law related to the TCPA Identify emerging issues regarding Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts, FCRA Discovery response in major litigation Summarize franchisee disclosure requirements in states where registration is required Assist with research and update of employment policies Assist in distribution of governmental documents to franchisees and internal personnel and tracking acknowledgements Survey and research specific requirements for state laws regarding NSF fees Survey and monitor status and developments of state Rent-to-Own specific laws Support Aaron’s attorneys as needed A drug screen and criminal background investigation are required before beginning employment at Aaron’s.
