Are you a Manufacturing Engineer wthat is looking for a great company with locations across the country? If so then please consider this opportunity.
Aerotek Automotive is currently screening candidates for 2 manufacturing engineering openings. This is a Tier 1 company primarily supplying to Ford motor company. This is a very fast paced environement and they need someone with a similar mindset and work ethic. Typically, this is a 7 - 4 position but you can expect a little overtime and will be compensated for all hours worked over 45 on a weekly basis.
This Manufacturing Engineer will be looking at the existing processes and determining better ways to route the product to produce at a higher volume as well as quality. Any experience with a Ford supplier would be highly beneficial out of this candidate but it is not necessary. They will also work with contractors on mechanical or electricial issues as it pertains to the assembly line. The candidate will be handling scrap reduction and looking for bottlenecks within the assembly process.
