JOB DESCRIPTION

We're currently seeking a Utility Assembler for a contract opportunity in Weaverville, NC with our partner, one of the world's leading energy suppliers and innovators in energy infrastructure development. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment for a global industry leader.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Fit and assemble parts into complete mounted roller bearings and verify dimensions and alignment of assembly.
  • Ability to perform assembly and packing functions .
  • Ability to meet production and quality standards.
  • Functional knowledge of windows based computers.
  • Understanding of ISO procedures. Proficient in performing self-inspection.
  • Ability to maintain material identification and count accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints effectively.
  • Routinely lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years' assembly experience required
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This is a 12+ month contract position
  • Pay rate for this position is $13.42/hr
