Full Time Proctor
This position is core of ProctorU. Proctors are responsible for the service levels, start-up process and monitoring of all test takers as they complete their exams online. The main area of responsibility is to maintain the integrity of the exam process as committed to with all institution partners. This position also partners with all operation support teams to further assist test takers and institutions in the event of technical challenges or any other issue that prevents the access or ability to complete a scheduled exam.
The essential functions of the Full Time Proctor position include:
*Handling start up, submission, and log out processes of test-taker exam sessions
*Monitoring test takers as exams are being taken, entering and reporting accurate data of sessions
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
*High School Diploma or equivalent education
*Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
*A positive attitude and a sharp eye for detail
This is a full time hourly position, plus benefits.
