  • In the initial six month phase, design global standard processes for site assessments and audits to be used in the pre-sales process or as a revenue-generating service. The objective is to gain additional hardware, software and services revenues through an effective pre-sales assessment and audit that result in new sales.
  • In the initial six month phase, build an operational plan for Productivity Services that will include organization structure, staffing, GTM model, and creation of the standard global processes for both productivity enhancing services for current clients and for the site assessment and audits to be used in the pre-sales process or with existing clients. Provide input to product management for the development of necessary data collection and productivity tools. Identify partners that can help PB accelerate the strategy. Work with HR to create a workforce plan that includes building new capabilities and hiring new talent. The plan will include a governance model regarding when resources will be deployed and when fees will or will not be charged. This will be a credible plan that supports the achievement of $22M annual revenue (or incremental revenue retention) of productivity services achieved by 2018.
  • After the initial pilot and planning period lead the productivity services team in executing the plan and delivering productivity services, site assessments and audits for achievement of the planning period financial goals. Identify new opportunities for growth in productivity services over time. Establish and maintain employee morale and motivation by exhibiting and role modeling leadership behaviors.
  • Ensure that all productivity services team positions are adequately trained and staffed to meet business challenges; work closely with regional services leaders to ensure existing field technicians have the capabilities required to support the productivity services plan
  • Participate in the development of annual business objectives and strategies. Provide specific leadership and expertise supporting objectives.
  • Demonstrate continuous progress to improve operations, utilization of workforce and collaboration with all DMT functions including sales, product line management, engineering and marketing. to provide quality seamless client service.
