Job Summary:
The jewelry production lead is responsible for receiving, sorting, packaging, processing and pricing to stores the jewelry donations as directed by the Jewelry Assistant Manager and Supervisor. They will be responsible to meet productivity standards and goals.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for supervising the sorting of donated jewelry as directed by the Assistant Manager and/or supervisor.
Responsible for designating stores to sorters to process, and assuring that jewelry is properly priced and processed.
Responsible for achieving online sales' goals and store production goals.
Making sure the jewelry is processed and ready to be shipped out via delivery truck.
Ensure that special requests from the stores are followed to the best of our ability.
Stay current with new jewelry trends and learn different styles and periods.
Achieve productivity goals as set by Assistant Manager and/or Supervisor.
Training and coaching the jewelry team as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: High School diploma
Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: Preferably able to identify periods, materials, and quality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to perform data entry.
Experience: Preferably 1 year experience selling or working with fine jewelry.
Essential Physical Abilities:
The position requires moderate lifting up to 15 pounds as well as infrequent pushing and pulling. This position may require long periods of standing. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of people, including those with limited English skills.

Written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment, moderate noise level, some dust. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
