Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met
* Training, supervising and monitoring associates in the administration of direct care within the community
* Providing hands-on resident care as needed or warranted
* Performing ongoing assessment/observation of residents' physical and psycho-social needs, as well as coordinating quality and proactive care with other departments
* Corresponding with associates, residents, families and professionals to handle scheduling, resident care, service plan, assessment and marketing issues

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* Current Registered Nursing Licensure (RN) for the state of New Jersey
* Two (2) years of nursing experience
* Basic typing skills, along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
