About this job
We have a great opportunity to get in with a nationally known thriving manufacturing company in Caledonia. Due to tremendous growth, we are recruiting for both 1st and 2nd shifts, with starting pay of up to $10.75 per hour. This is a fast-paced friendly work environment with no repetitive heavy lifting involved.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Placing in and removing mandrels from hot molds
Shooting resin presses to specifications
Cutting and prepping various carbon and fiberglass materials
Applying to mandrels
Work with numerous machines on application and inspection processes in preparing bat shells or hockey sticks for a finished product.
Work with mixing solutions, paint, applying graphics
Reading specification sheets and work orders on final product.
Candidates must have a great attention to detail, hands-on, and be universal in working in all departments.
1st Shift: 5:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Thursday
2nd Shift: 3:30PM-2:30AM Monday-Thursday
