Executive Sales and Recruiting Assistant Wanted
* Publicly-traded brokerage firm located in Midtown Manhattan seeking highly motivated and outgoing full-time assistant to help handle sales orders, administrative work, and recruitment coordinating.
* Tasks will include:
o Opening client accounts
o Following up on outstanding money due
o Regularly posting recruiting ads in various locations to help bring in new broker trainees
o Meeting and screening potential candidates, helping establish new hires (paperwork, testing materials, etc.)
* Entry level base salary with large upside potential
