MAJOR FUNCTION:
To deliver prompt and courteous service to our concierge member guests in a professional, friendly manner while following Marriott standards and hotel procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Practice positive body language (eye contact, posture, tone of voice, facial expressions)
· Name recognition; always use the guest’s name. If you do not know it, you should ask
· Ensure buffet is fully stocked during buffet hours
· When needed, bring items up from the kitchen that may be needed.
· Keep area neat, tidy, and organized to maintain proper service
· Complete all opening and closing side work tasks.
· Set up, stock, and maintain all work areas to be at par level.
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization os assigned station and service areas.
· Fill out and deliver from the storeroom requisitions
