Our Claim Processing Team:

Our claim processing teams spend the majority of the day reviewing and processing claims submitted by our participants, who are the employees of our clients. These claims are not superficial - they are critically important to our customers. As an example, you may process a request for reimbursement for an out-of-pocket medical expense, or a claim submitted by a new parent for dependent care expenses. Our customers count on our Claim Processors to process their claim submissions promptly and accurately.

Our Tempe office is readily accessible by the 202 freeway and is in close proximity to the light rail. Our facility is state-of-the-art and provides a comfortable workspace, with all of the Starbucks coffee you can drink. Job Details:

Hourly Pay and Bonus Eligibility

Hiring seasonal Claim Processors (four to six month assignment), at $14 per hour.
Top seasonal performers may be considered for full-time regular employment status, with benefits, at $12 per hour.
All processors have the opportunity to earn an additional bonus of up to $250 per month, based upon achievement of performance goals.


Shift Options:

Two weeks of paid training is provided, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Attendance in training is mandatory. There will be no exceptions.

After training, Claim Processors will be assigned to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Normal operating hours are 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Based upon fluctuating workloads, Claim Processors may be required to work overtime beyond 5:00pm, or on Saturdays or Sundays. Ability to work these extended hours, as necessary, is a job requirement.
Job Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent attendance record.
- The ability to use a computer and web-based tools to perform work.
- A minimum of six months claim-processing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- An aptitude for math and basic math skills.
- The ability to maintain the confidence of sensitive information.

Successful candidates may be cross-trained to assist with phone calls, in support of our Customer Service Department.
Knowledge of flexible spending account (FSA) benefits is preferred, but not required.
