Our company is expanding and we are in search of a Restaurant Manager!

This position is being offered by a franchisee, which is a separately owned and an independently operated business. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions, including without limitation, those relating to hiring, termination, remuneration, personnel, policies, benefits, record keeping, supervision and discipline.

As a restaurant manager at one of our locations, this position would be responsible for building and supervising a team that achieves the company’s goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability while operating the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works productively and supervises restaurant Colleagues to ensure they perform their jobs responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift.
  • Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals, according to the Customer Service Standards, the Priority Guidelines, the telephone and front counter station procedures and if necessary, the Remedy Process.
  • Prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers as described in the Little Caesars Orientation and as shown on the job station helpers.
  • Displays the proper image and follows Little Caesars policies, procedures and standards for conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars.
  • Cleans and organizes work stations and ensures the standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and as required by the local health department.
  • Performs cash management responsibilities and ensures compliance by Colleagues to all safety and security procedures.
  • Provides direction and feedback to Colleagues and follows up by coaching/counseling to ensure job duties are performed and all Little Caesar standards, procedures and policies are achieved.
  • Performs the tasks associated with food and paper controls, labor, and utility cost controls and monitors shift activities to ensure compliance.
  • Completes all daily paperwork neatly and accurately as directed by management.
  • Follows all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, appropriately handles unexpected occurrences, and notifies appropriate parties in a timely fashion.

Our Preferred candidate will possess: 

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a management role, achieving at least an assistant manager / co-manager position in a quick service restaurant, or one (1) year experience in a management position in a full service restaurant

Strong management, team building and communication skills.

The ability to work a varied, 50-hour work week that includes evenings and weekends to effectively lead a successful team

A working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building techniques, and a proven track record of controlling costs.

Candidates should be able to perform all of the essential functions of the job, possess a valid driver's license from their state of residence, and a driving record maintained within the company guidelines. This includes a reliable vehicle and auto insurance so daily banking responsibilities can be completed. Some additional travel may be required.  Base salary $35,000 - $40,000 plus bonuses after successful completion of training period!
