Manpower is currently hiring an Inbound Help Desk Representative for one of our clients in East Stroudsburg, PA!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of products, related technologies and the implementation process
- Fixes the most complex network issues.
- Works across IT team to resolve issues.
- Identifies and escalates issues from traffic and capacity reports.
- Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family
- Can work independently with minimal guidance
- Must be able to track trailer movements for bypass and destined work
- Location: East Stroudsburg, PA, 18301
- Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm
