You will be working in a fun, upbeat, beautiful store. We are currently looking for a dynamic outgoing Product Specialist to join our award winning team.

Position Responsibilities: An Ashley Product Specialists first and foremost responsibility is to generate sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits: base salary + commission + team bonus. Full benefits after 60 days (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO). Also paid vacation, holidays, subsidized gym memberships!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least two years’ experience in sales with a favorable record of accomplishment in retail, commissioned sales, marketing or related areas is desired.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to create, design and coordinate attractive room settings is desirable.
• Computer skills.
• Prior customer service experience
• Ability to multitask, detail-oriented with good time management.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance
• Must be able to work evenings
• Background check and drug screening required
