Catering Associates take pride in preparing and serving America’s food- Barbeque, with unmatched service and hospitality. They know that in order to do this right, they need to consistently follow proper recipes and procedures, and adhere to our high standards regarding food preparation, sanitation, teamwork and guest service.

In addition to following City Barbeque’s cultural guidelines, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working full service events
• Delivering and setting up catering events
• Assembling, Ppcking and organizing catering events to be delivered
• Truly enjoys and understands guest service
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
• Exhibit positive verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Shows Integrity to do the right thing when unsupervised
• Have an Expectation of Excellence
• Able to accept accountability for event outcomes, good and bad
• Possess good time management and organization

Job requirements:

• Passing a Motor Vehicle Background Check
• Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 2 yrs
• Have Reliable transportation to transport catering deliveries
• Must show proof of insurance
• Open availability
• Ability to be able to work with a schedule that is changes and is updated daily.
