We are currently hiring for weekend shift Installation Foreman positions in Afton, MN. Installation Foreman · You will be managing a team while producing a quality product that is within budget. · You will be coordinating and leading landscape crews, client relations, foresee and resolve potential problems, and read and execute complex landscape plans. Requirements · Must be an Experienced Installation Foreman with a strong background in natural stone walls, paver installation, and planting knowledge. · Must have willingness to learn · Ability to work in all types of weather · Ability to work as a team · Have reliable transportation and drive to different locations throughout the metro area · Basic understanding of hand tools, shovels, picks, tape measure,e and wheelbarrows · Ability to operate power equipment and various hand tools · Ability to work overtime if required · Must have strong leadership skills, ability to manage, mentor, and teach a team of crew members · Good communication skills are a must · Must have steel toed boots · High School Diploma/GED Wage : DOQ Shifts: Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun); 1 st shift; 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM *Excellent Benefits- Weekly pay- Paid Time Off- Direct Deposit Email resume to 3401-br@spartanstaffing.com , or call 651-774-9675 , or click APPLY now.
