Auntie Anne's Pretzels - The leader in mall snacking is seeking an Assistant Manager for our location at Anchorage Square on Jefferson Street in the Fisherman's Wharf area. If you like to smile and work with the public in a fast paced environment, then this may be the job for you!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise staff on duty to insure we are maximizing sales while providing excellent product and customer service.
Assist Manager in overall supervision and operations of the store including training, promotional activities, product quality, staffing, inventory and store profitability.
Prepare pretzels and pretzel products.
Exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers. GUESTS; Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, Smile
Engage in customer sampling of our pretzel products
Have Fun!
Accurately operate cash registers.
Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening.
Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
Comply at all times with Auntie Anne's dress code and personal appearance standards.
Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner.
Perform other duties as directed by Manager or District Manager
Qualifications
Must possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality.
Physical Demands of the Job - Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above (Essential Duties must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Prior Management experience preferred.
MUST like to smile and treat our guests as you would like to be treated!
