Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs
* Consistently exceed customer expectations so they are amazed
* Develop motivated and high performing teams committed to delivering clear goals
* Develop positive, direct and open relationships with all the teams
* Protect the health, safety and well-being of our customers and people
* To review current ways of service delivery and strive to continuously improve
* Build brand values and awareness within the community in a consistent way
* Be a brand guardian for product quality ensuring excellent standards at all times
* Ensure all customer requests and feedback are responded to promptly and efficiently
* Maintain good relationships within the surrounding local community of residents and businesses.
* Ensure implementation of all agreed standards with regard to people, product, service and systems
* To achieve audits and quality measurements to Paul standards
* To be a role model for all those in shops to set the standards for the team and communicate the bigger picture
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience high volume retail/restaurant - bakery experience a strong plus
Able to Plan and organize self and others effectively to achieve deadlines
Experience in a customer focused environment
Unquestionable character and ethics
Practical and hands on - flexible approach to the business
Must also be computer literate, word, excel proficient
Must have a passionate approach to food that is evident in experience
