Cashier/Cooks - Full-time / Part-time

We hold our homemade Southern treats to the highest quality and excellence standards and expect our employees to mirror those standards. We are currently searching for Sales Associates & Cooks that share our commitment to quality, strive for excellence, are result-driven, passionate, upbeat, and self motivated. We expect all team members to possess a willingness to learn and take direction as well as be goal oriented and have an ability to handle multiple tasks at once. All team members must be dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts. Lastly, you would be responsible for performing day to day activities while ensuring that our customers needs and care standards are being met at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in the store to achieve world-class service standards
• Showing enthusiasm when interacting with guests 
• Learning our POS system
• Following exact recipes and techniques
• Keeping a clean workspace at all times
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and appropriate manner
• Product knowledge
• Make smart decisions by: actively listening, understanding data and looking beyond the obvious
• Overseeing opening and closing procedures
• Ability to move or handle merchandise up to 25 lbs
• Must be available to work Holidays, nights and weekends
