Billing Specialist

Pay $9.50 - $10.50 per hour

Temp-to-Hire

DUTIES :

Work across departments to resolve escalated customer disputes and exceptions on billing

Maintain invoicing standards and procedures for the Billing function.

Good with Excel and invoicing workflow.

Produce billing output and manage billing workload.

Perform quality assurance for billing and audit incomplete billable activities during the month to ensure timely billing.

Develop & provide key invoicing metrics

Handle and complete special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required

1 Year experience
