About this job

The Grand Oak Steakhouse is looking for a Sous Chef. Responsible for direct supervision and assisting in the management of all food and beverage employees. Responsible for all ala carte and banquet food. Assist in ordering, scheduling, discipline, inventory, proper rotation and receiving controls, safety and cleanliness plans and implementation. Work assigned as scheduled and/or requested by Chef/Management.
