Inside Sales Rep- Call Center - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a competitive nature and a passion for sales, to acquire long term clients, by converting inbound leads into sales. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. There is no telemarketing or cold calling. Hours are from 1:30pm - 10:00pm or 2:30pm - 11:00pm with Rotating weekends Saturday or Sunday 2 full months of PAID training provided Pay $12.50 after 2 months training Pay is $8.00 Plus Commission Average pay is $15-$18 per hour Highest Paid sales rep makes 80k a year Great growth potential Temp to Hire position after only 60 days Responsibilities include: *Following the Client Acquisition System *Adhere to specified call quality standards *Cross selling and upselling of products *Maintain minimum sales performance effort in accordance with specific goals established by you and your manager *Participate in all sales training *Perform all duties as assigned Requirements: *High School Diploma *Ability to type 30 WPM *Outgoing and friendly personality *Strong interpersonal skills *Excellent listening and communication skills *Sales experience a plus!
