About this job
This is a LONG TERM CAREER position on 1st shift, with a super company in Elgin, IL.
You will be assisting on the powder coating line, in a manufacturing shop. Must be able to count, Duties to include, but not limied to: Pre-racking hardware (hanging small pieces on hooks at a fast pace), loading and unloading material (50 lbs lifting capabiity), sanding and scuffing parts, masking (inserting stoppers or covers onto product to protect it from the paint), taping for protection, general clean up
There is OVERTIME, must be flexible to work on Saturdays. NO steel toed boots required but must have work boots. There are 2 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. Bring a lock if you'd like to use a locker, there is a nice green room for lunches (fridge, microwave, vending machines).
