Calling Solutions is looking for top talent to join our growing company as a Customer Sales Representative.

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will use your customer service skills and positive attitude to answer inbound calls. Your communication, sales and computer skills, combined with our paid training and expertise, will help you perform all duties required for the customer sales position.

This position will be responsible for:
* Customer Service & Sales - you will be required to offer services and products.
* Providing customer service assistance through telephone interactions by solving customer problems and providing customer satisfaction with each call.

* Developing a strong customer relationship by building and maintaining a rapport with the customers.

* Identifying the customer's needs, reviewing and updating activity on accounts; while evaluating the opportunity to sell additional products.
* Resolve customer issues in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
* Excellent attendance will be a requirement of this position.

Requirements

* High School Diploma, Certificate, GED or higher
* Computer proficiency, including web navigation
Strong communication skills and sales abilities
Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously in a stressful environment
Adaptable to changing situations
