Summary:
The Guest Service professional is responsible for ensuring each customer has a satisfactory dealership experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
*Data Entry
*Daily reports
*Support for the manager's and the sales staff
*Answer a multi-line phone system
*Engage in business development
*Address customer concerns
*Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
Job Requirements:
*Professional appearance and strong communications skills
*Basic computer skills a plus
*Strong record of positive Customer Service results
*Organization skills
*Must be able to multi-task
*Work well under pressure
*Team oriented
*Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
