Enrollment Coordinator
will process enrollments, disenrollment and reinstatements for
UnitedHealthcare LTC Medicaid Programs along with Managing Medicaid
Recertification and other ad-hoc needs.



 



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Writing and documentation skills.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Creativity (critical thinking skills and work smarter solution seekers).
  • Enrollment coordination & reporting.
  • Error investigation, correction, & tracking.

  • Special project management & tracking.

  • Handles calls that may require additional research & follow-up.

  • File management & archiving coordination.

  • Submission of forms to meet tight deadlines.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Current proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites: 
    Excel (update reports) and Word (update documentation).
  • Must have experience working in a production environment.
  • Experience working independently without direct
    supervision.
  • Experience working on office equipment (i.e., fax, scanner,
    printer and making copies).
  • Computer (PC) proficiency to open applications and update
    information through the use of the keyboard.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Research experience.
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Medicaid knowledge.
